You've probably heard this saying: “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” But it's hard to go it alone in starting and running your own business — for me and many entrepreneurs I know, a team of one isn’t fast at all.
That’s why I am so grateful that I’m no longer going it alone. Nicole De La Loza Rivera has joined Deeper Work as a strategic partner and consultant, and will be contributing her incredible wisdom, coaching, and facilitation to all of our leadership development programs.
Nicole and I previously worked together at AppFolio, and more recently she led the People and Equity, Finance, and Operations functions for Supermajority, a national progressive nonprofit startup. She's also a Certified Professional Integrative Coach, helping mission-driven professionals show up in their full humanity, lead from their wholeness, and create space for others to do the same so that they can achieve their most meaningful goals together.
